Jamie T Returns With New Album ‘Ghosts (100 Days of Morning)’ and shares single ‘3310’

Jamie T has announced his sixth studio album, ‘Ghosts (100 Days of Morning)’, which will be released on October 9, 2026, through Polydor Records.

Comprising 11 songs, the album is described in a press release as a “collection of former ghosts (of ideas) brought to life during a difficult time in his life”.

Across the record, Jamie explores growing older, leaving youth behind, love and loss, and the determination required to abandon an old version of yourself and embrace a new identity. The announcement continues an increasingly active 2026 for Jamie T. 

Earlier this year, he joined forces with Fred again.. on ‘Lights Burn Dimmer’, a euphoric reworking of Jamie’s 2023 track ‘Hippodrome’ that brought his unmistakable voice into Fred’s electronic world.

To accompany the album announcement, Jamie released the anthemic ‘3310’, driven by lively guitars and his characteristically bold lyricism. It is unmistakably Jamie T while sounding like a natural evolution of everything that made ‘The Theory of Whatever’ so compelling.

Explaining the ideas behind the album, Jamie said: “Everyone has a part of themselves they keep at arm’s length, even from the people they love. ‘Ghosts’ to me is about seeing that version of yourself for the first time in a long time and trying to hold on to it. This album is me trying to find that again.”

The track listing also brings several notable collaborators into Jamie’s world. Damon Albarn contributes to ‘Cocktail’, while former Maccabees guitarist Hugo White works with Jamie on ‘Crucible’ and co-produces the album’s closing track, ‘Tallahassee’. The record also includes a cover of The Jam’s ‘Ghosts’.
