Oasis Release Second Cryptic Video as 2027 Tour Teasers Continue

Oasis have dropped another cryptic social media video, just 24 hours after sending fans into detective mode with two brothers sitting inside a chip shop.

On Thursday, 3 September, the band shared a 23-second clip packed with apparent clues towards Celtic Park. Numbers hidden around the shop could be pieced together to form the coordinates of the Glasgow stadium, while Irn-Bru, a deep-fried Mars bar and the appearance of Glasgow-born actor Robert Carlyle in the ‘Little By Little’ video playing on a television added to the Scottish references.

Now, on Friday, 4 September 2026, Oasis have followed it with another unexplained video.

This time, the clues appear to point much more directly towards Manchester.

One of the children is playing with a football while the other uses a piece of chalk to keep score on the wall. Above the tally chart is not the word ‘Oasis’, as it might initially appear, but ‘GOALS’.

There are eleven tally marks.

That immediately brings football into the centre of the video rather than leaving it as background decoration. Eleven players make up a football team, although whether the number itself has a more specific meaning remains unclear.
Then there is the colour.

The child keeping score is wearing a light-blue jacket, unmistakably close to Manchester City's traditional colours. Above the doorway is another detail that feels even less accidental: a blue moon.

‘Blue Moon’ has been Manchester City's anthem for decades and is sung at the Etihad Stadium. Put the blue moon alongside the light-blue clothing, football, ‘GOALS’ tally and Oasis's very public connection with City, and this video looks increasingly like a teaser for the band's rumoured return to Manchester.

There may be another game being played across the videos, though.
In yesterday's chip-shop teaser, one of the children wore an Umbro-style top, itself reminiscent of Liam Gallagher's famous sportswear from the Maine Road era. In today's video, an Umbro garment hangs on the washing line behind them.

That raises an interesting possibility: what if each Oasis video contains a clue pointing towards the next one?

The Umbro clothing was worn prominently in the first video before reappearing in the background of the second.

And what is hanging alongside it today?
An Oasis Knebworth T-shirt.

If the pattern is deliberate, the Knebworth shirt may not simply be another clue buried inside an Etihad teaser. It could be the handover to whatever Oasis post next.
That would make the first two videos part of a sequence rather than isolated puzzles: one clue reveals the venue in front of us, while another quietly sets up the following instalment.

Yesterday gave us Celtic Park coordinates and an Umbro top.

Today appears to give us Manchester City, football, goals, light blue and a blue moon, while leaving Knebworth hanging quite literally in the background.
If another video follows and takes us to Knebworth, we may have worked out the rules of Oasis's game.
